Preparation for the PMP® Certification exam

Increasingly, companies all over the world are recognizing the value that project management can provide to their performance. Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification has become the most recognized credential for the practice of the rapidly evolving profession of project management. This four-day PMBOK®-aligned course prepares you for Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification examination and raises your project management skills to a "more advanced" level of performance.

During the session, attendees use an electronic "Test Bank" that exactly mimics the PMP ® Examination. Attendees can evaluate their overall scores and identify any weaknesses in the nine PMBOK® knowledge areas. In addition, an online review session is offered approximately two weeks after course completion. The online review session offers students the opportunity to clarify course material and to "refresh" on course content. This can be particularly useful prior to taking the PMP® Certification examination.


The instruction approach includes lecture, case studies and class exercises. Extensive use of case studies and in-class exercises provide for active student involvement in practical use of course content.
